Oatmeal and apple power breakfast

Good morning gorgeous people!

Do I always wake up feeling this great? well…. give me a few hours!

But honestly, I am an early morning workout person – I don’t particularly love leaving the warmth of my bed before 7am, walk 15 minutes in snow/rain/cold/sometimes good weather just to throw myself at the dumbbells, bosu and TRX – but I figure it out that its the best time of the day, for me, to hit the gym.
